Buck, Just had to go to Nacogdoches to tell you good bye in person.
You were a friend from 1971 and then became a comrad in arms in 1990. You always lifted my spirit and were always able to give good advice.
You made me laugh when I felt like I wanted to cry.
There was only one like you and you will be missed. I know that those of us that were privlidged to be friends and coharts with you have a special feeling and a speial loss.
I want to say Thanks for being my friend and thanks for the memories.

I have such fond memories of Buck and Betty and of being their neighbor and babysitter while they were living on South St. My sympathy goes out to the family for your loss, but I know you will always feel the love and pride that your parents had for you.
God bless you.

Peggy and I were honored to include Buck in our book about Nacogdoches during WWII. What an awesome man and wonderful legacy he has left us all!
His service to our country and then his untiring devotion to the NHS Alumni Association will never be forgotten.

Marvin and Nannette, I'm so sorry for your loss. It's very difficult, I know, when you lose your parents. Buck and Betty were great neighbors growing up.

Mr. Buck…………..
I wanted to write and share with all of your family & friends the
One most single memorable time that I was privileged to share with
You.
It started with looking in the trunk of your car at a Big "D" Sales meeting
At D&B's – I think is was in 1972 ………..
It is now almost 3 hours later this afternoon as I set here at my computer.
There was not just one!!! --- Not even just One Hundred Times!!!!
But what it was ---- it was each and every time that we traveled or worked
together.
Such a privilege that I was given to know you.
You were my "Boss" for a few years, my most helpful Regional Sales Manager
at a number of times, a Co-Worker for a couple of years…..
ALWAYS YOU TREATED ME AS A "FRIEND".
My I thank and praise the Lord for your friendship ---

Sorry for your loss. We were children of old Frost Lumber Company employees. Visited with Buck several years ago and took him the picture of Frost employees in front of the mill taken about 1932 or so.

Buck was a great friend and co- worker that taught me a lot about life.Every night when traveling together he would aways be reading his BIBLE when I go get him for dinner. MAY the PEACE of CHRIST be with his Family.
