I may not have known you Mr. Reavely, but I know your daughter Charity pretty well and have made acquaintances with Shaylece. Even though I don't know you, I have a knowledge that you were a great and respectable man, especially since your daughters have been good influences in the lives of many. My heart goes out to the Reavely family, and if you need anything at all, please give me a call :)

Marianne,

I remember you and your brother well when we attended Sherman Elementary, Evergreen Junior High, and finally Olympus High school. You and I are the same age and your brother John was one year older than us.

I am sorry to hear of your brother's passing, and my thoughts are with you during this difficult time.

John,

We've had so many great times together: sports, scouts, motorcycles, hunting, and just hanging out. I admire the grace with which you've handled the adversity that fell your way. Keep smiling my friend until we meet again.

What an amazing man you are John. I am grateful for all the times you were there for me. So sad to see another Hero/Dad got their wings so early:(

Welcome Home

To those I love and those who love me
When I am gone, release me,
let me go I have so many things to see and do.
You mustn't tie yourself to me with tears,
Be happy that we had so many years.
I gave you my love, you can only guess
How much you gave to me in happiness.
I thank you for the love you each have shown,
But now it's time I traveled on alone.
So grieve a while for me, if grieve you must,
Then let your grief be comforted by trust.
It's only for a while that we must part
So bless the memories within your heart.
I won't be far away, for life goes
For if you need me, call and I will come.
Though you can't see or touch me, I'll be near,
And if you listen with your heart,
you'll hear All of my love around you soft and clear.
And then, when you must come this way alone,
I'll greet you with a smile and "Welcome Home".

John was a handsome and very active cousin for me growing up. His sense of humor and balanced perspective was something I discovered later in life and for which I was grateful. I am so sorry to have lost him so soon. I hope he will find peace and relief from physical infirmity now.
