Dear Father and Pat,
Art Mattox just told me last week of James's death, and we send you our deepest sympathy and prayers. I've added James to our prayers in the Mass. We remember James as a smiling, well mannered, intelligent and sweet boy. Stirling remembers the toy guns and the models. Stirling will graduate, deo volente, from Hampden-Sydney next May, Caitlin may graduate from High School in a moderate intervention program, and Patrick is a freshman in High School.
I wish we could do more. We know that he's flying with the angels!
Blessings,
Jim, Patti, Stirling, Caitlin and Patrick Guill

Fr. Jambor, Pat & family,
I've just learned today about the loss of your son last month. Although I came to Nashotah House during your senior year, I have fond memories of your family and the joy you all brought to so many people: you as a seminary student as well as doctor; Pat, who did amazing work in the library; & Ann and James, who made you so proud. You have my sincere condolences and we will remember you in prayer.

We are so saddened by the loss of your son/brother/grandson and uncle. My husband worked with and was trained by "MUZZ" Murray Brown and is also a pilot. The news of losing both of them has really burdened our family's heart. Praise God that you have HIM to lean on during this seemingly unbearable time. Prayers are going out for you from Kansas.

Father Jambor, Pat, and the Jambor and Brown family,
I am so heartbroken to hear of James and Murray's deaths. Parents should not survive their children, it seems unnatural to me. I have no idea how you feel. I did not know James other than to recognize him when he took communion as the cool kid wearing the beaded choker. I have spent the last week praying and crying for both families. The one strength I got was reading the quote in the local paper, from Father Chris Jambor, "He died doing what he loved..." that simple statement somehow gave me peace and strength. Our entire All Saints family is heartbroken. Together, as a family, we will support you in anyway that you need. Please do not hesitate to ask. Thankfully, through Christ, life is NOT taken away but CHANGED as we are born again through Him that died for us all. May Light perpetual shine upon James, Murray, and all the souls of the faithful departed. Amen.

Chris & Pat:
Chris, I don't know whether you remember me, Marylin and our son, Nate. You were a Resident at KU Medical Center in Kansas City when Nate was a pediatric cancer patient in 1979.
You were always so kind and gentle with Nate and were there when he died on June 11, 1979.
My heartfelt condolences go with you at this most difficult time. If I can be of any assistance, please let me know.
Marylin passed away in 2001. I have re-married and live in Belton, Missouri. My phone number is: 816-898-9829.
May God hold you and your family in the palm of His hand at this time.
