Stephen Woosley Obituary

WARRENSBURG - Stephen Wright Woosley Sr., 60, of Warrensburg, IL passed away January 13th at 4:47am. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ruth and Morris Woosley. He is survived by his wife, Candace; his daughter, Megan; his son, Stephen, Jr. ; his daughter-in-law, Molly; his grandson, Declan; his sister, Phyllis Justice; his brother, William, his brother-in-law, Dan McCarthy; his sister-in-law, Monica McCarthy, his mother-in-law, Ida McCarthy, and many others. He was born in Hopkinsville, Kentucky on May 27th, 1950. He was married to his high school sweetheart, Candace, for 37 years. Steve enjoyed golfing, cooking, riding his motorcycle, watching sports, and spending time in the company of family and friends. He was a great husband, father, and friend. He will be cremated and a celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established at Buena Vista Bank of Warrensburg, IL.
