Christina Castle Obituary

Castle
Christina Castle, 63, of Houston, passed away Saturday, February 5, 2011, peacefully at home. Chris'; life would seem too short to many, but those who were touched by her understood that the quality of existence far exceeds the quantity of time in which one lives.
Chris was born and raised on January 28, 1948 in Middlesbrough, England to Terry and Sarah Murphy. She married the love of her life David Castle, and they moved to Houston in 1981.
Christina Castle is survived by her son Gary, daughter Angela, daughter in law Bonnie, and soon to be son in law Chris along with her 3 grandchildren Isabella, Sage and Sophie; her sisters Pat, Susan, and Denise; her brothers Tommy, Peter, Terry, John, Gerald, and Stephen; stepdad Denny; brother-in-law/best friend Kenny Walker; along with countless other friends and family whom were blessed to know her. She is preceded in death by her loving husband Dave.
Mam lived a full and happy life. She was devoted to taking care of her family. She loved spending time with her 3 grandkids, being with her family, playing bingo, cooking, and listening to her music. She touched so many lives with her smile and humor. The generosity within her heart could not be measured.
Friends & family are invited to attend a service to celebrate her life. A viewing will be held on Wed., Feb. 16, 2011 from 7-9 pm at Forest Park Funeral Home on Westheimer, and a mass will be held on Thur., Feb. 17, 2011 at 12:00 pm at Notre Dame Church on Boone Rd.
