Luedemann
Thomas W. Luedemann, 54, passed away at home on May 26th after a brief illness with his loving wife Sharon at his side. Tom was born on June 27, 1956 in Austin and grew up in Houston where he graduated from Westchester High School. Tom was especially proud to serve his country in the 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne) stationed at Fort Devon, Mass. Tom enjoyed 30 years @ our hunting lease in South, Texas, especially the overnight campouts with his son Bradley, the rattlesnakes, & feral hogs. Tom also was especially proud of his daughter Courtney & enjoyed watching her perform with the Stratford Spartanaires. He enjoyed fishing, golf, family reunions @ Port Aransas & San Antonio, the New Orleans Mardi Gras, & the annual scuba diving trips to Bonaire, NA with his wife Sharon & family & friends. Tom is survived by his wife Sharon, daughter Courtney, & son Bradley. He is also survived by his mother Mary Frances Leudemann, his father Waldo & wife Betty, sister Rebecca Lynn lles & husband Leighton. Sharon's sisters Ree Gerchow & Mary Calongne & husband Henry, uncle Bill Leudemann & wife Judy, aunt Ann Marie Emerson, aunt Linda Kiolbassa & husband Robert, aunt Jane Strickland, aunt Elizabeth & husband Dr. Ray Fitzgerald, aunt Ellen Cox, unlce William Crawford, aunt Anne Louise Bippert, uncle James Crawford and wife Shelia, aunt Margaret Schaefer & a multitude of cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. A Mass in celebration of Tom's life will be held @ 10:30am on Thurs., June 2 @ St. John Vianney Catholic Church, 625 Nottingham Oaks Trail, Houston, with a reception immediately following in the Parish Hall. Interment will be @ 2pm @ Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Dr. In Lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Toms name to Team Red, White & Blue, a national disabled war veteran assistance organization located @ 360 Sedgewood Lane, Ann Arbor, MI 48103, www.teamrwb.org.
