David Hinton Obituary

HINTON, DAVID H. Jackson, MI Age 65, died Monday, May 14, 2012 at Allegiance Health in Jackson due to heart problems. He was born December 30, 1946 in Jackson the son of Charles & Isabell A. (Darket) Hinton. David enjoyed stock car racing, assembling model cars and drawing. He worked at Jackson Industrial Steel for 10 years. Survivors include two sisters, Barbara Jean (Phillip) Baker, Mary Ann Boyer; two brothers, Charles "Butch" Hinton, Fred (Janice) Hinton; and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Jerry Hinton and a nephew Phillip Baker Jr. No public services will be held. Memorial contributions may be made to the hospice of your choice. Arrangements by Cole Funeral Chapel, Chelsea.

I was a friend of Daves. I met him back in 1973. He was a good guy and a great friend. I moved on to North Carolina but thought of him often. God Bless him and his family. He will be missed.
