Dr. Fink was my English professor at CSUN in 1985-&6. I will never forget her passion during discussions about The Heart of Darkness by Joseph Conrad. She challenged us to explore multiple works of literature and was passionate about teaching. I was fortunate to have Dr. Fink as my professor. I still have my notes from her class some 35 years later and read them sometimes to remind me of her passionate lectures and the love I had for literature.

My Dearest Auntie,
I miss you and am so grateful for all the loving care you have given me. The world will not be the same without you, but the knowledge you whole-heatedly gave will always continue. I think of you every day and admire how you lived your life and what you valued most. My love and condolences through this very difficult time to Uncle Fred, Steve, Larry, Patty and family.

I will remember her as a very pleasant and honest person. I will miss having the discussions about life, politics and family with her and of course drinking a G-T and smoking secretly a cigarette.
My condolences to the Fink family.
