Edward Bonci Obituary
Edward Joseph Bonci, 74, of Tuckahoe, passed away on March 5, 2012 in Bronxville, NY.
He was born on April 22, 1937 to Marcillio and Anna Sokol in Yonkers, NY. He attended school at Tuckahoe High School and CCNY for 4 years. Edward worked as a Lithography Teacher for Mount Vernon High School and Print Shop Supervisor at SUNY Purchase. On May 28, 1960 he married Toni Fusco. Edward and Toni lived in Tuckahoe.
Edward is survived by his loving wife Toni, 2 brothers: Marcillio "John" Bonci and Alex Bonci; 3 sons: Edward A. Bonci, Andrew S. Bonci and Jon Bonci, and 2 daughters: Marina Reid and Claudine Bonci; 5 grandsons: Nicholas Bonci, Andrew "A.J." Bonci, Jeffrey Bonci, James Bonci, Michael Reid; and 2 granddaughters: Juliet Bonci and Taylor Rose Reid.
He was preceded in death by his father, Marcillio Bonci.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, March 7, 2012 from 6-9pm & Thursday, March 8, from 2-4 & 7-9pm at WESTCHESTER FUNERAL HOME, INC., Eastchester, New York.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 9, 2012, at 10:30am at the Immaculate Conception Church in Tuckahoe.

Although we haven't seen Eddie in a while, he was a good friend and we are saddened by his passing. Our deepest condolences to Tony and the Bonci family. Eddie will be missed, but our memory of him will live in our hearts forever.

We worked with Eddie for many years at MVHS. Took the "shortcut" through his classroom each morning, and sat down with his morning "coffee and cigarette crew". It was the best way to start our work day! He will be greatly missed. Our prayers and thoughts are with all of you.
