I've been Hieu Huynh (Heather's) customer for almost 10 years. She was one of the nicest, warmest people I've ever met. She was always telling me about her girls and how proud she was of them both. My deepest condolences to the whole family. Heather, I'm thinking of you. Rest in peace.

To the Nguyen family,
Although I may not have any relations, I still send my prayers. Just by reading this article alone has revealed to me about how wonderful Hieu must have been. She seems like the type that would be wonderfully accepted as a friend and relative. It's troublesome to discover that she was a victim of the crash. May her soul and her American Dream forever rest in peace.

I feel terribly sorry for the family. I lived in San Jose and worked for Alum Rock School District a few years ago, close to the crash site. Now, i live in Vietnam and I know what this loss really means for the family... My condolences for you.

She had a beautiful calmness and an unusual sense of understanding about her. I have known her over the course of ten years. She was so proud of her daughters and her husband. I often thought she and her family lived their American dream beause of her positive spirit and the hard work of two proud parents.
