IRENE JUDD

JUDD, IRENE BROCK SANFORD, age 73, of Montevallo, Alabama, passed away on August 8, 2012. Irene grew up in Montgomery, Alabama; she was a member of Indian Springs Baptist Church in Pelham, AL. She was preceded in death by her husband of 33 years Mr. Robert William Sanford Sr.; granddaughter, Stephanie Sanford; brothers, Peter and Dan Brock. She is survived by her Husband of 14 years Mr. Douglas H. Judd; sons, Bill (Melanie) Sanford, Charles (Melissa) Sanford; grandchildren, Kimberly (Joey) Miller, Nicole (Dustin) Owens, Patricia (Jason) Elrod, Trey (Catherine) Sanford and Chase Sanford; great-grandchildren, Dalton and Ava Grace Owens; siblings, Bobby Brock, Betty Kolen and Davis Brock; step-sons, Perry, Randy and Mike Judd . Funeral services will be held at Southern Heritage Funeral Home August 11, 2012 at 11:00am with burial in Southern Heritage Cemetery. Rev. Bill Decker officiating. Visitation will be held on Saturday 10:00 to 11:00 at the Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers the family request donations made to the Alabama Kidney Foundation in memory of Mrs. Judd.
