Kathy - Thoughts & prayers are with you at this moment. I still can remember the sound of your dads voice when he would call her (Oh, Marie). Also, the pancakes she use to make when I slept over, there the kind I make today & tell people the story of it. May the Lord hold you all up at such a time as this. The memories will stay deep within your heart & soul of such a loving mother & one day we will all be together again when our Lord Jesus Christ comes to take us all home & then we will live in eternity with Him forever, never to die again. May the Lord be with you all and hold you in his arms with comfort today & the coming days. Love your childhood friend.Desiree'

It's never easy to say goodbye, but this is one of the hardest goodbyes I will have ever said. Maw Maw, you have always been someone that I looked up to and I have been so fortunate to have been loved by such an amazing, strong woman. It saddens me so much that you are no longer with us but I'm eternally grateful for all the wonderful memories we had together. It was so difficult to see you suffer, and I feel very comforted knowing that you are no longer in pain and that you have gone to meet Paw Paw. I know it's been rough for you to have been separated from him for all these years and I am so glad you can now be reunited with him. I will always cherish the memories, the laughs, and the moments we had and will greatly miss putting you to sleep while doing your hair. You have built such an beautiful life for your children, grandchildren, and great- grandchildren and for that we are thankful. I love you with all my heart Maw Maw.

Mom,

I sit here missing you so badly wondering how I will make it without you. When I was so sick in the hospital you came to see me and held my hand. I love you so much. It hurts me knowing you will no longer be here for me. My heart is broken Mom It will never be the same without you. I keep wanting to call you. You were the most unselfish person that I've ever known. I know you are in heaven with Dad. I love you, dearly.

Your daughter, Kathy
