Vernon Noblin Obituary

PARAMUS — Vernon Joseph Noblin, 84, died on Feb. 14.

He worked for many years for Avion as a supervisor of electronic technicians; he then retired as a machinery mechanic for Berol in Fair Lawn. He was a Navy and Army veteran, serving in World War II. He was a member of the Annunciation Seniors and a parishioner of R.C. Church of the Annunciation in Paramus.

He is survived by his wife, Angela (Calabrese); his children, Keith Noblin and wife Patricia of Sparta, Pam Noblin of West Caldwell and Brenda Noblin and boyfriend Edward Wexler of Mahwah; his grandchildren, Jenna and Jillian; and his siblings, Alma Cody, Kenneth Noblin, Rita Angel, Elroy Noblin and Patricia Souhrada.

Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 17 at the Vander Plaat Memorial Home, S-113 Farview Ave. in Paramus. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 18 at R.C. Church of the Annunciation, also in Paramus, followed by interment at Garden of Memories in Washington Township.

Memorial donations may be made to RC Church of the Annunciation, W. 50 Midland Ave., Paramus, NJ 07652; or to the American Heart Association, P.O. Box 417005, Boston, MA 02241.

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. I always enjoyed the few times I was able to spend with Vernon. Donna has often commented on how much she loved her uncle. Please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.
