Charles Hopkins Obituary
Charles "Chuck" Hopkins, age 69, of Riverdale, IL passed away passed May 26, 2011. Charles leaves his loving wife, Judith (nee Maschmeyer); his devoted children: Chuck Hopkins, Darren Hopkins, Casey Novak, Cheryl Romero, and Dana Hopkins; seven cherished grandchildren; loving brothers: Thomas Hopkins, John Hopkins, and Tim Hopkins; loving sisters: Barbara Ganz, Sharon Blazevich, and Mary Woods. Charles was born in Chicago, IL. He worked many years at Marble Setter Local 21. Chuck was preceded in death by his parents: Thomas and Gertrude Hopkins; and brother, Paul Hopkins. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 1, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 8178 Cline Ave., Schererville, IN. Interment at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, Schererville. Friends are invited to meet with the family on Tuesday, May 31, 2011 from 2:00-8:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to Charity of your choice.
