Please accept my sincere condolences on your tragic and profound loss.
I worked with Michael at Shea & Gould and remember him as an extraordinarily nice person with a warm smile and always ready to give me advice and guidance as I embarked on my legal career.

Dear Margulis Family,
I am deeply saddened and depressed to hear about Michael's untimely death. He was a very nice man, a very smart man and a very good lawyer. I enjoyed being his partner while I was at Duane Morris. I will never forget him. May his memory be a blessing to you all.
