LAUREN McHUGH Obituary
LAUREN E., Sept. 10, 2010 suddenly. She was preceded in death by her grandfather George Halliwell. She is survived by her daughter Ayva Marie McHugh-Affet, her parents Maureen and John McHugh; brother Christopher McHugh (Melissa), grand-parents Dolores Halliwell, Elizabeth and Norman McHugh, several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews, cousins and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to her Funeral Mass, 11 A.M., Friday, Sept. 17th at Our Lady of Ransom Roman Catholic Church, Roosevelt Blvd. and Knorr St. Viewing will be held in the Church from 9:30 - 10:45 A.M. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, please send donations c/o Ayva McHugh-Affet, 1923 Spring Garden St., Phila., PA 19130. Arrangements by

McHugh Family,
Lauren & I cheered together for Ransom for a few years. We also went to the same high school. I remember her as being a sweet girl. She never had a bad thing to say about anybody; always smiling and laughing. My prayers go out to the family during this difficult time. I am so sorry for your loss.

I knew Laurn for a while and seen how she changed her life for the better, and her daughter Ava will one day find out she had a wonderful mother. To Lauren, my beautiful neice. I will cherish your child years when I would babysit you and Chris. I loved playing dolls, dress up and putting your mom's makeup on you. I can still here the three of us laughing as you proudly strutted in and out of your bedroom pretending to be your mom. The love and values you have learned from your parents and Chris, will live through Ayva forever. It comforts me to know that you are now forever in the arms of your Pop, (George). See you in eternal life when the lord calls upon me.

I didn't know Lauren but my daughter and alot of her friends went to St. Hubert's with her. I know she was a sweet, beautiful young lady. My thoughts and prayers are sincerely with Lauren, her precious daughter and all of her family and friends. I will pray every day for srength for Lauren's family. Rest in Peace +
