We are so sorry for the loss of your son Michael. My name is Gail I belong to a self help support group for parents,grandparents and adult-siblings who have a loss of a child at any age for any reason. I have found hope and comfort with these wonderful people who share this unimaginable grief of losing our children way to soon.

This tragic story has broke my heart and I don't even know you personally. I work with some of your son's former high school graduates. How can a family ever be the same from something so tragic as this. My heart is broken for all of you. He was so handsome and I heard what wonderful parents and family he was blessed with. I had the pleasure of being Michael's math teacher at Scituate High School. He was a wonderful, bright young man with an infectious smile. To the family of Mike Varone: I was his manager at Bank of America. Mike was a tremendous person who touched everyone he spoke to and was loved by all he worked with.
