Dear MaryAnn and Family, My heart goes out to you all on the loss of Carl. What a man.
I was lucky to have known Carl for close to 13 years as a member of the Saxophone Section in the Shoreview Band. He was my friend. We had long conversations in band and on the phone. He was so knowledgeable on so many topics. We could talk on and on as we were both had similar interests. Iam so sorry that I was not able to attend Carl's Mass as I was in the hospital.
I will always be greatful to have known this warm and amazing family dedicated man.

To the Sievers family - I enjoyed knowing Carl from many years ago. He commuted to St Cloud State College back before there was I-94. I thought, wow he's a serious student. I'm sorry I missed the funeral, I didn't see the obituary until it was too late. Greetings to all the Sievers, we all go waaaay back. I'm very sorry for your loss. Ah, the good old days. Jim - I've got a new car so I won't be needing new tires or a brake job the next time we double date. Gas, yes. Liz - we went to the ROTC Ball nearly 50 years ago.

Amy and family,
I am so sad for you. I have great memories of your dad as your number one fan in the stands at the ice rink. Lean on each other and smile as much as you can through your tears. He was a great man and will be missed by many.

I am so sorry for the loss of Carl. He was one of my Dad's best friends! I was just thinking about all of the Sievers this weekend when we put up our tree. I will never forget our tradition of stopping at Carl Jr and Clarice's home for a visit each Christmas. The beautiful tree with the moving light wheel. The coins for the bus rides. The Christmas vest and Carl looking like St. Nick. Carl the 3rd alsways felt like family. We were able to know him personally and later my dad was fortunate to be able to work with Carl. My heart goes out to MaryAnne and the girls.

It was always fun to visit with Carl and share his enthusiasm and insights in the sales process. His insights will be missed. Carl, with good reason, was proud if his family. We regret we will not be with you.
