Lois's mother (Esther) and my mother (Lucy) were sisters. We used to see each other years ago and a few years ago, my sister, Doris & her daughter, my husband, Harry & I came up there for a get together and saw right many of the family. Lois was a sweet person with a beautiful smile. Thoughts and prayers are with you and the family. Jean Robbins (Chesapeake, VA)

To The Nice Family,

You all are in our thoughts and prayers. Remember the good times as they outweigh the bad times. Your mother was the matriach of the family and each day you will think of her and know that she is in a better place, no more pain or suffering.

Louis. I think I know a little of what you are going through. Mildred died May 8. We both have good memories of wonderful wives.

I always thought of Aunt Lois as a gentle and happy person. Whenever we stopped by it seemed like Aunt Lois and Uncle Louis loved living on their farm. I remember how they hosted the entire Nice family for reunions!
We are praying God's loving care be near you at this time.

Aunt Lois was always such a huge part of my family and growing up. She was one of my mom's closest friends. I will always hold and treasure many great memories that she created in my life. The Sunday's after church of begging mom and dad to "go up to the farm"... those afternoons usually followed with homemade icecream churning as we all sat under the black walnut tree at the old farm in Norge... My Aunt Lois was a phenomenal woman. She was always happy and loved her life on the farm. All the memories of many summers I stayed up there with Aunt Lois and Uncle Louis will always be a part of my life that I will always remember and hold dear to my heart. She is at peace now, and is with my mom, Helen, and my brother, Dicky in Heaven.
To the family, God Bless You All.. hold each other close, and praise the Lord for having had such a wonderful Mother, Wife, Mother-in-law, Grandmother, Sister and friend in your lives. She will be truly missed.
With our Love always,
DeeDee, Barry and Tyler
