I worked with Tom at OC for many years. When I came into the company as a young man he was my leader. He was tough and gruff but was doing what is rare - really coaching. Because we had a support job, he would tell me "if you're doing your job right, nobody knows your name". That seemed to be what he cared about most - doing the job right. I grew a lot from knowing him and discovered he had a heart of gold. For you kids and grand kids reading this, know that he was a good man and respected at work. God bless. Jon Dwyer.
