Antonio Aviles Jr.
HARLINGEN, TX.-
Angel Antonio Aviles Jr. (Tony) 83 died April 21, 2011; entered his eternal resting place greeted by his long time father, mother and brother and our friend and Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and Heavenly Father. He was born on March 14th, 1928 in Ponce, Puerto Rico and has been a long time native of Harlingen, TX.
He is survived by his wife Rebeca Z. De Aviles, and his former spouse, Angelina Gomez-Aviles and his many children listed in order; Luz Dolores Aviles of Modesto California; Angel Nicholas Aviles, Cruz Marie Aviles-Lopez, Michael Anthony Aviles, John Norbert Aviles, and Augustine C. Aviles all of Kansas City, Missouri; and Angel Antonio Aviles III, Esmeralda Aviles Estrada of Harlingen, TX, Josue Aviles and Luz Maria Aviles-Lopez of St. Louis, MO. He is also survived by 33 grand-children, and surviving great grandchildren. He is also survived by his brothers Angel Israel Aviles of Ponce, Puerto Rico, and Angel Ramon Aviles of Coral Springs, Florida.Daddy, our hearts are saddened in your departure but our love for you will always be. Thank you for being such a great father, grandfather, friend and an honorable man. For you have showed us to honor, respect and love our family that no matter what ``families are forever.' We are grateful to you Daddy for teaching us that ``To Live is To Laugh and To Laugh is To Love and To Love is to truly Live'.
Daddy as you look down on us and walk hand in hand with our Lord we know you are at peace because you are now in your eternal home where Families are together Forever. Daddy we love you so much, and we will always keep your memory alive. And while we are temporarily separated may God be with all of us and you, till we meet again. Love you Forever & All Eternity!
Visitation will be held Sunday, April 24, 2011 from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Heavenly Grace Funeral Home Chapel.
Funeral service will be held on Monday, April 25, 2011 at 10:00 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Heavenly Grace Funeral Home in La Feria, TX..

Dad,
What can I say? Here today gone tomorrow or was it "We all gotta go sometime"? I remember how you always said that and it's true. I wish I could have been there with you during your last few days just to be able to hold your hand, comb your hair and just to look at you one more time. I know you loved me and how I made you proud of me on my wedding day walking me down the isle and you not wanting to let go of me at the alter.I'm happy I made you proud that day dad.Thanks for telling my brothers and sisters how much you really loved me.I have alot of good memories of times we spent together as a family when you were home with us. The music always playing in the house, the jokes you use to tell us and making us laugh.Those were the good old days.I now am asking that you wrap your wings around my grandson Christian. He's not alone anymore. He now has someone with him and now you and Christian can finally get to know each other and bond with one another. I'm happy dad that Christian has you by his side now. Watch over my grandson and remind him that we love him and miss him very much.Rest in peace dad and may God bless you always.

Grandpa , I will always think of you as I always have. I love you and Im so greatful to have had my son on your birthday. Im greatful for the times as a child you spent with me making me the great dancer I am today. Each and every time I dance I will thank you. I love u grandpa and always will.. god bless you . I will go to Puerto Rico again and know that your there .. rip love always angie
