On Tuesday, February 26, 2013, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife of Paul E. Agner; mother of Angel Belt; step-mother of Paul, Jr. and Hillary; grandmother of Ariel "Rai" Tann. She is also survived by a host of other loving family and friends. It is more than 7 years since Abbie has passed, and I still think of her regularly. Today particularly she is weighing heavily in my heart. I wish she knew how much people thought of her and how much she is missed. In these recent difficult and challenging times, Her faith and impact on others is missing from our world.

To Abbie's family. . .I am so sorry for your loss. I knew Abbie through our work at the U.S. EPA and spent many a phone conversation with her and would look her up whenever I traveled to DC. I will always remember her energy and spirit. Abbie will truly be missed by her friends and colleagues at the EPA.

Angle and Rai Rai,
Your mother was my sister, my friend and my confident. We shared so many special moments from high school and through life. We did not talk everyday but boy when we did talk or see each other, it was on. Just knowing she was there if I needed her is what I will miss most. As I loved her, I love you just as much. Mom, your pain is no more. It goes without saying, me & Rai love you to the bottom of our souls. Although your passing has left our hearts so broken with no time to say goodbye, then we'll just say, "See you later". What we will miss and remember about you most...is everything, and how you lived your "dash". I told Dad to go meet you at the gate, but I'm sure he was way ahead of me. Rest In Peace My Love, and know 'your girls' will be ok.
