My condolences to the Dyson and Vaughan families on your loss. I had the pleasure of working with Carolyn as she was the reviewer assigned to our products. I will always appreciate her mentoring when I was new to the Regulatory Affairs side of our business. She always found time for me to answer questions and provide guidance. I know the team at Sorin Group will miss her very much.

Dear Mr and Mrs Dyson and family-
I wanted to share my condolences on behalf of the entire Dawn Crafton Dance family. You all were such a large part of the studio and my childhood. I have so many wonderful memories of dance class, recitals and Atlantic City vacations with Carolyn. She always had a smile on her face and a kind word for everyone.
I am heartbroken to hear of your loss and hope that the memories of your beautiful daughter, sister and mother help you through this difficult time. Love, Kelly Crafton Welch

Eddie, Holly, and the Dyson and Vaughan families,
I want to extend my heartfelt condolences to you all in this very difficult time as you mourn Carolyn's passing. I was one of the many who were lucky to work with Carolyn, and become her friend. Through this friendship, and our many talks about family and faith, I learned how much love she had for you all. She was strong, sweet, and kind, and I will miss her dearly. I can't imagine how difficult this time will be for you, but know that I and many others have been and will continue to hold you all in prayer.

Dear Eddie and the Dyson and Vaughan families:
I was so shocked when Craig called me on Sunday to tell me about the loss of Carolyn. While I haven't seen her or Eddie in quite a while, I remember their wedding as if it was yesterday and also when they came by my house to show me their precious daughter, Holly.
My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. May she rest in the hands of our Lord. Nancy Niedomanski Curro

I feel so fortunate that Carolyn was a part of my life. She was such a strong and good-natured person, persevering through the many challenges she faced and doing so seemingly always with a smile on her face. When I think back on our relationship, I can say that I learned many valuable lessons from Carolyn, not the least of which is a sense of service and putting others first, which she consistently did despite her own health issues. And she had a terrific sense of humor. Carolyn, you will be missed!

Carolyn was one of the first people to welcome me when I settled into my first office at the FDA just down the hall from her. Recently, we worked in different Divisions and were on different floors of the building. However, if I ever saw her she would stop to ask me about my life and my family, because she really did care. She had such a wonderful sweet and caring personality. She has certainly touch my life. I will miss her dearly.

I met carolyn in the early 1970's, she lived directly across the street from me. I have so many great memories of our families growing up together, playing tag, hide-n-seek and the summer block parties to name a few. My heart is heavy with sadness but I know that Carolyn is now resting in the Peace that she deserves.
Carolyn - You and your family will always be in my heart and prayers.

Carolyn and I worked together in ODE, but in different Divisions. We had one thing in common, which was family. We used to share each other's stories about our kids and talk about ideas on how to help them. We supported each other in that way.
I am grateful for our conversations that we had. She will surely be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with her now that she is at peace.
Words cannot express this loss to the family, but know that thoughts and prayers are with as well.
God Bless.

Precious Carolyn
Lord, I don't understand
Why death should be
And could it be that
what was not meant to be
Always hits our hearts so hard?
To be with you not just by faith
To leave the pain and enter Joy
To touch your face
To kiss your heart
To walk so deeply by your side.
But in this earth she leaves behind
A loving family and faithful friends
Do bring your comfort
When there aren't answers
Do hug them closely, tight by your side.
A precious one always smiling
So beautiful so full of hope
Now in your presence dancing and running
Now so fulfilled, now overjoyed
Never-ending now to delight in the presence of her Lord.
