Tony and family, My sincere sympathy to you on Chuck's passing. He was a kind, caring person and performed many acts of kindness to me at Glen Manor condo which I will always remember, especially his assistance with my AC unit issues, and assisting me when my dog Koko passed away and his many volunteer roles that benefited all condo owners. I will always remember his love of playing golf and enjoying good food. May he rest in peace. I am sorry that i was unable to attend today to say this in person but hope to speak with you in the future.

Chuck was a schoolmate of John Anderson's at Morehouse College and plans to send a contribution in his name to the College they both love. Sincerely, John and Ellie Anderson - 202-829-6482
