FLOYD F. SMITH "Smitty"
Passed away on December 8, 2012 at home surrounded by his family. He is survived by his beloved wife of 63 years Evelyn E. Smith, daughter Donna, son Mark, Dan Ramsey, grandchildren Michelle, Todd, Tristan, Fallon and great grandchildren Calvin, Owen and Silas. A Memorial Service will be held at Twinbrook Baptist Church, 1001 Twinbrook Parkway, Rockville, MD, on Saturday, December 15, at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Twinbrook Baptist Church or Montgomery Hospice Society, 1355 Piccard Drive, Suite 100, Rockville, MD 20850.www.COLLINSFUNERALHOME.com

Evelyn, Donna, Mark & family–
I wanted to somehow express my deepest sympathies for your loss of Floyd, he was very special in many ways and I will miss his generosity, humor and wisdom and also the many special times that we spent together looking for his errant golf balls. I'm hopeful that your spirits will be lifted by the many lives that Floyd touched and how many lives he has impacted-he was a very special fellow and my life has been enriched by the many fond memories that I thankfully have with Floyd over the years.
