On Thursday, August 4, 2011, of Rockville, MD. Beloved husband of Patricia Grimm and the late Shirley Grimm; father of Patricia Sweet, Pamela (Joe) Augustino, Kim (Larry) McWilliams, Kristy (Mark) Walsh; brother of Dolores Maddox and the late Francis Grimm; step-father of Thomas, Jay, and Chris (Laura) Samford; grandfather of Karl, Phillip, Nicholas, CJ, Beth, Kevin, Shawn, Tyler, Emily, and Zachary; great-grandfather of Austin. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Monday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Patrick's Church, Norbeck and Muncaster Mill Roads, Rockville, MD, on Tuesday, August 9, at 10:30 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Dear Patty, Pam, Kim & Kristy - you may not remember us, but we were neighbors of yours on Meyer Court in the early 70's. Patty babysat for our daughter, Jenny, and Kristy was Jenny's first "real" friend! Even though we no longer live nearby, we remember your family as being so special and so loving.
