On Wednesday, December 11, 2013, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife of Eugene P. Foeckler, Sr.; mother of Eugene P. (Aileen) Foeckler, Jr., Daniel (Meg) Foeckler, Fr. Christopher Foeckler MJ, Mary (Tim) Nauman and Michael (Kathy) Foeckler; grandmother of 15 grandchildren; niece of Jim and Bill McCullough. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard, West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Monday, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of Grace Church, 15661 Norbeck Blvd., Silver Spring, MD on Tuesday, December 17 at 11 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. It's been such a long time I have seen all the family. So sorry to hear of Lucy Belle passing. Talk to Uncle Jim when he came to see my dad at the health center where he is in therapy and getting ready to go home on the 10th. Give all the family our love and you all are in thoughts and prayers.

Uncle Gene and Family, Our hearts and prayers are with all of you. I know my Mom was there to greet Aunt Lucy, who she fondly called "Lucibelle." What a sweet, loving, strong lady to have as my godmother. May it comfort you that she is with our Lord in paradise. Love to all.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Foeckler family. Aunt Lucy was a wonderful lady and made the best corn pudding! She is now in the arms of Our Loving Savior at home. May God bless all of you with His love, grace and peace.

My condolences to the Foeckler family. Be assured of my prayers for you at this difficult time. Praying that your mom was escorted by a host of Angels and that she may be joyfully contemplating the face of our Lord, Whom she loved and served faithfully til the end. What a blessing and confirmation to you that she passed on the eve of the feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe. I am sure that the Blessed mother presented your mom beautifully to Our Lord.
