MARY JANE REARDON (Age 52)
On Thursday, March 8, 2012 of Beltsville, MD after a long and courageous battle against cancer. Beloved wife of Albert D. Reardon, Jr.; loving mother of Timothy, Jason and Kris Reardon; grandmother of Lindsey; daughter-in-law of Mildred and Albert Reardon, Sr.; sister of Beth (Larry) Snowberger. Also survived by many friends. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD (Valet Parking) Monday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., where service will be held on Tuesday, March 13 at 11 a.m. Interment Union Cemetery, Burtonsville, MD. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38148-0142.www.COLLINSFUNERALHOME.com

To this day I can't say a day goes by where we don't think About you. Your pictures are still on our refrigerator and cabinets. You were such a special friend Who always had a smile on her face. Your final resting place is right near our home in Burtonsville and I drive by most every day. I still come and sit by your gravesite and talk to you and Big Al.

I think about you ever single day. Now, with this pandemic roaring over the world, I think about how you'd feel and things you'd say... It's so sad but we'd have to find some humor, I miss that so much.

Mary Jane;
In the 11 years that I was blessed to know you, I feel like it was a gift from heaven. You touched us all in a way that very few people have and from the first day I met you at work I knew that you would be a special friend for life. You were always there to make me laugh and laugh we did! You were always there to humor me with me at my stupid jokes (no matter how many times I used them on you). Through you, we went on to meet your family, Al, Jason, Tim, Chris, Beth, Larry, Beverly (from Cheverly), Frank and last but not least the Boomer which we will forever feel lucky for. We all know you were the straw that stirred the drink however.
We know that you were in pain but you always had a smile on your face and were there to talk to. Looking at your picture it is hard to believe you are no longer with us. That is how I will forever remember you. We love you and will remember you till the day we laugh again at my stupid jokes.

A letter to my Beautiful Wife.
Eight weeks ago today you made heaven your new home and now i sometimes feel so alone and though we are far apart you still hold the biggest part of my heart.
I never knew how much i would grieve when it was time for you to leave or just how much my heart would ache from that big fragment you would take.
Honey you no that i have never been a very god fearing person but all i can hope is that God lets this hole remain reminding me that we will meet again,and one day all my pain will cease when he restores this missing piece.
My Love for You continues to grow stonger everyday just as it did when you where with me on Earth.
I miss You more and more each day and i am patiently waiting for the day when we will once again be together and this time nothing will ever take us away from each other.
