On Friday, December 9, 2011, of Silver Spring, MD. Beloved wife of the late Elio V. Serra; mother of Evelyn (Michael) Long, Vivian (Rod) Stotler, David Serra; Sister of Anna Licciardello. Grandmother of Stephen Long, Beth Fobes, Greg and Leanne Stotler and great-grandmother of Olivia Marie Fobes.
