Patsy,
I can't believe that tomorrow will 1 year since I got the phone call that you were gone from this earth. I literally hung up the phone and screamed in disbelief. I thought about you on Mother's Day thinking about how a year ago you found out that Ashley was also going to give you a Grandchild as well as Nikki. I miss our phone calls, I miss your laugh, which I imitate sometimes when I'm thinking of you. I just plain miss you sister of my heart. We had a lifetime of memories of tears and laughter that I will treasure for the rest of my life. Nikki and Ashley are amazing Mamas Patsy, you gave that to them. I would never expect less from the amazing person that was my best friend since we were 13. I love you so much and miss you more than I can say.
I will see you when my time comes and give you such a big hug and kiss.
Love you forever and always.

Mom,

This is my first Mother's Day as a mom and I am so sad that you are not here to share it with me. I think about you every day and can not believe it has almost been a year since I have talked to you.

It breaks my heart that you will never meet your precious grand babies but I know that you are watching over them. I pray that I can be half the mom you were.

I miss you more and more every day. I love you with all my heart.

Happy Mother's Day,
Ashley

Patsy, I miss you terribly. I want you to know that even in those times when we were not in close contact I never stopped thinking about you. Even now as I am writing this, I can hear your laugh and I can see you as you were when we were in our twenty's. I took for granted that we would always be in touch, would talk about our grandchildren and visit when were both retired. I wish I could tell you just how much you meant to me.

I miss your emails and the jokes that would accompany them. I also miss your sense of humor.

You were always the best friend to me when I was a miserable teenager. You were a great sister-in-law and I always considered you a dear friend regardless of our connection.

I have held your beautiful grandchildren, Colin and Aubrey, and your beautiful girls and feel your presence through them. You would have been a fabulous grandmother just like your mother was to Nikki and Ashley. I wish you had met my grandson, Luke. I find comfort in knowing that at least our kids will know each other's children.

I will never forget what you meant to me. I will never forget the mother you were to Nikki and Ashley. I will never forgot how nice you were to my mother. I will never forget...you.

I know that we will see each other again. I hope we will continue a friendship that spanned many, many years. With all my love. Aunt Pat

Patsy,
I have had you on my mind so much lately. There is not a day that goes by that I don't miss my Patty Ann. I get so angry that you're gone from this earth and I have told you that sitting outside and looking up at the sky. I know you're at peace and I know that I will see you again. Your grandbabies are absolutely beautiful and I hate that they may never know what a remarkable person you were. I know that Nikki and Ashely will make sure that they know. Nic's been thru a lot in losing Jason as well. The girls are soooooo strong, you did good. Well I guess I'll close for now. Just wanted to tell you that I love and miss you so very, very much Patsy..but you know that. I love you sister. Debi

Our rides in Bessy were all too funny. Prayers for you and your beautful family forever. I will always celebrate our b-day extra special. Rest in peace my friend! Deb:)

Patsy I miss you so much I can't even breathe sometimes. So much has happened in our families and I wish so much that we could be sharing them together. I have a new granddaughter, but you know that and your beautiful new granddaughter Aubrey Ann, (yes she has your middle name) is just precious. We always talked about having grandchildren and who would have known that we would have our first (yes you have one upped me once again as you have 2) in the same year. It's such a special time that I want to be on the phone or at the beach together talking all giddy about them. So I settle with just sitting outside and looking up at the sky and talking to you instead. We all miss you terribly. I just wanted to wish you a Very Merry 1st Christmas in Heaven, I know it must be beautiful and to tell you that I still love & miss you daily.Hug and kiss everyone for me.
Your sister of the heart,
Debi

I have thought of you all day my dear sweet "sister of my heart". I can't believe it has been a month since you left us for a better place. I have the yellow roses from the celebration of your life in my fridge and they are still beautiful. I look at your picture daily as you are now the wallpaper for my phone. I have seen pictures of your beautiful new grandson Colin and know that you are beaming with pride. He is surrounded by so much love, I know you're proud. Until we meet again Patsy, I miss you daily , will love you always. Debi

With a cheery “HEY!”, Patsy Parks would greet everyone she met on her daily travels throughout the many departments at her workplace. Few people nowadays have the unbounded energy and Joie de vivre that Patsy had and, indeed, instilled in her many friends at work. For many years, she tirelessly volunteered and co-chaired the annual Toys for Tots and Thanksgiving Food Drives. In her 23 years with her coworkers, she has shown us all how a kind and generous spirit can make the workplace a truly uplifting environment. Although she will be missed immeasurably, Patsy's giving and generous nature will live on. May the family and friends of Patsy be comforted by many loving and warm memories of a life well-lived.

Your passing has been a shock & so hurts my heart. You & all the tight knit group of "Nimitz Road Girls" have always brought a smile to my face. I will always remember the pack of little cuties truckin' up & down the hill on Nimitz. When you all became teenagers the pack grew in size as you all attracted boys like bees to clover. Those were great times. You will be with us all in our memories. My deepest sympathies go out to her children, to Sharon, Joanie & Jack, to her "sisters of the heart" & all her friends. God bless you Patsy, you will be missed by many.

Do not stand at my grave and weep
I am not there, I do not sleep
I am a thousand winds that blow
I am the diamond glints on snow
I am the sunlight on ripened grain
I am the gentle autumn rain
When you awaken in the morning's hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight
I am the soft stars that shine at night
Do not stand at my grave and cry
I am not there. I did not die.

With deepest sympathy,
