Little Bill and Missy-I was so sorry to hear about Penny. Dad called me to let me know. I often think of the summers at Kiawah Island and how much fun Penny and I had in those innocent days. I know these are difficult times, and my thoughts and prayers go out to you, Matthew and the rest of the family. I wish I could be there for the service.

My sweet friend, I will miss our long talks about everything and nothing. You had so much love in your heart for others. The love that you had for your amazing boy Matthew and Jeff was seen anytime you spoke their names. I find comfort in knowing that you are in a better place with out pain or sorrow with the man that you loved so deeply. Until I see you again my friend!!!

How does one say goodbye? With a wave, with a kiss, with a nod? To Penny, I will not say goodbye. Instead, I choose to say Aloha `oe, until we meet again. Until then, I look forward to hearing your laughter, seeing your smile and that beautiful twinkle in your eyes...
My heart goes out to all her family, especially Matthew. May you find comfort in your love for each other and the knowledge that there are many, many of us whom Penny has touched deeply and were fortunate to have called her "friend"
I believe she will be the brightest star in the night skies looking over you while you sleep.

My condolences to the family members left behind. Penny was an incredible person and the loss of her passing is felt by many of us who were fortunate to know her, even if just for a little while. She and Jeff left indelible prints in my childhood memories. I still remember her Pomeranian too.

Penny and my daughter Krista were inseparable friends from the day they met in 2nd grade in 1972. Penny was a huge part of our family life and I loved her and will always have great memories of her. Love you penny.

My deepest condolences to Penny's family and friends. We never realize how much someone has really meant to us until they are taken from us. As I look back at the pictures and remember my friend Penny I am reminded what a truly beautiful person she was. What I remember most was her infectious smile and contagious laugh! May your memories of her and what she meant to each of you console you at this most difficult time.
Even though she's gone
her memory still remains in our hearts.
Her smile and face will never fade.
We think of her as we go on each day.
The good times we remember
and the days spent together
will be in our memories forever.
So when you start to get down
and you really want to cry
just think of the fun times
and don't wonder why.
Just leave it at that
and know she's better now.
She's in a better place.
