ROBERT MALCOLM MORGAN (Age 71)  
On Wednesday, March 7, 2012 of Olney, MD. Beloved husband of 49 years to Kathleen F. Morgan; father of Robert I. (Kristina), Daniel S. (Rachel) and Karen E. Morgan. Brother of Meredith Dubke of Warwick, RI and the late Kenneth Morgan. Also survived by 10 grandchildren. Mr. Morgan joined the United States Marine Corps in 1958 and served 11 years, including a tour in Vietnam, where he was exposed to Agent Orange. He finished his military career in the Maryland Army National Guard, retiring as 1st Sergeant. He also had a Civil Service career as a Computer Systems Analyst. Lastly, he spent several years in the private sector, most notably as the Assistant Regional Manager in the Maryland Prison System. His retirement years were full of family, travel, participation in many veterans groups, and volunteering at the VA Hospital in Washington, DC. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Sunday, March 11, 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. A memorial service will be held at Church of Christ at Manor Woods, 5300 Norbeck Road, Rockville, MD on Monday, March 12 at 1 p.m. Inurnment Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to Church of Christ at Manor Woods, Disabled American Veterans, 47 Long Green Court, Silver Spring, MD 20906 or Montgomery Hospice Society, 1355 Piccard Drive, Suite 100, Rockville, MD 20850.www.COLLINSFUNERALHOME.com
