I I wish to extend the condolences to Joe's family from those of us who knew & loved him in his final time at Heartlands. Each Thursday, we, Eucharistic Ministers from St. John the Evangelist, Severna Park, would come to provide a Prayer Service & give Holy Communion to the Residents. Joe was so in love with his faith & felt so close to the Lord. He was a gentle, loving man who was an inspiration to us. We pray for him, all his loved ones too. We will miss him.

Bat served faithfully at the Franciscan Monastery for over 30 years. He was always helpful, kind, polite; a good mentor and a really great fellow. I owe him a special debt: he was pallbearer at my best friend's funeral, who was also a knight. I am proud to have known Bat, as are all his fellow Knights of Mt. St. Sepulchre.

Mr.Joe was a really good guy. I enjoyed caring for him at Heartlands. He will really be missed! And I will miss talking to him because he was so appreciative and it always made me feel good! My prayers are with your family!
