Please accept the condolences of the Washtenaw County Department of Veterans Affairs. It was a true blessing to know Carl and to learn from him. I will forever be grateful to him for allowing me to take care of his VA claim. It was good serving with Carl and serving him as a veteran. He will be missed in the veteran community. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family during this time.

Please accept my condolences for the loss of Carl. I knew him thru our veterans Honor Guard and while he lived in the apartments across from our home. I will be pleased to play taps for Carl tomorrow. He certainly was a gentleman. I appreciate his service to our country. God Bless you all.
