I have many wonderful childhood memories of my friend Kathy's Mom. I met Kathy when we were both just starting kindergarten and our folks had bought new houses on Eton St. We were friend throughout elementary and high school. We took different paths and lost track of one another. Mrs. Erlacher made the best Toll House cookies. She had portraits made of her 4 kids and hung them over the couch in the living room.Se was always willing to drive us to the ten dances we loved and anywhere else we needed to go. I picture her driving past my house, always tugging on her left ear. I can picture their home with the beautifully antique furniture that Mrs. E refinished with her loving hands. I am so very sorry I found this today, August 8 2015. I would have run to her memorial. Rest in peace Mrs. E.

I have many wonderful memories of Mary Jo. She was a loyal supporter, a colleague, a friend and an inspiration. She was a warrior but with softness when needed. She fought for all the right things and over the years she fought to maintain HER sense of self. Still today I talk about her and our experiences together in Westwood Schools as if it was just last week. These thoughts and feelings I will have forever. My sincere sympathy to all who cherished her as I did.

Goodbye, Aunt Jo. I never did get to learn how to carve wood or stone from you. You will be sorely missed.

Mary Jo was a quiet person who listened and thoughtfully read the scripture we were studying at the brief bible study we had at the Cedars. In the short period in her life that I knew her she seemed to take life as it was without complaining.
