Sorry I won't be able to attend the services for Mike as I am in Portland, OR. I will remember Mike as that cute little blonde guy who hung around Ann & I when you were fixing up the farm. He is at peace now.

He was my first nephew. I remember him trying to look innocent in his red footie pajamas, when he broke the hi-fi by sitting on the record and spinning. He always needed to see how things work. I think there will be lots of cars for you to fix in heaven

To the Zettelmaier family.
Many times when we would come home from
errands we would find Mike sitting the tree waiting for us to come home. He was
such a fun young boy. He pulled my strings many times, especially when he told me that his dog had died (but I saw the dog running around the next morning). I am sorry for your loss, but
you also will have pleasant memories.
My deepest sympathy, Anne (Mazurek) Parker.

It is impossible for me to think about Mike without smiling. Even now, when I came across this terrible news unexpectedly, I am smiling about him through my tears. He was a wonderful person, with a great sense of humor and a kind soul. We played trombone together in the Reed era. I haven't seen him since; but have thought of him from time to time. I wish his family the best and offer them my condolences. He will be missed.
