Watching my first Bay Hill tournament without Arnold Palmer, I keep hearing all of the remarks from other golfers and they all bring tears to this old Marine it was because Arnold Palmer I started playing golf back in the sixties I grew to love this game I always dream of a foursome Arnold Jack Gary and myself I never got to meet Mr Palmer but I feel like I've known him all my life

Mr. Palmer was an inspiration to all who play the game and it was my good fortune to watch him play a practice round at Augusta National in 2001. What a thrill for me to see him in person. He is greatly missed.
