Beatrice Ann DeWitt

Beatrice Ann DeWitt (nee Barello), age 87, of Crown Point, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday, December 17, 2014. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 49 years, Claude L. DeWitt on November 20, 1996. She was also preceded in death by her parents: Alphonso and Grasha Barello (Collins) of Oakland, MD, brother Alphonso Barello, sisters Marguerite King, Mary Jane Croston and survived by her sister Adeline Lowdermilk of Oakland, MD.Bea is survived by her son John E. DeWitt and daughter-in-law Cheryl DeWitt of Crown Point, IN, her grandchildren Brian DeWitt (Trevor, WI), Kristen DeWitt (Chicago, IL), Erin Stanford (Naperville, IL), and Kevin DeWitt (Chicago, IL), and great-grandchildren Matthew DeWitt and Troy Stanford. Beatrice enjoyed traveling, being a member of the Order of Eastern Star, her friends and family in Oakland, MD, Aliquippa, PA, Punta Gorda, FL, Belton, TX and Chicago area.
