I just found out from a friend that Ricky died. I am so sorry to his dearest family and friends. We were friends in Boston for many years.
He was a great realtor with a great sense of style. I always found him to be a very honest open man. I will miss him. His life will be a great loss for us all. Thanks for being yourself.

Rick was always a gentleman...and a LOT of fun to be around. I'll miss him greatly. Our summers out on The Cape will endure in my memory. My sincere condolences to his family.

I just found out that Richard Karp aka Cole Tucker has passed away. I really admired him as a performer, and this news has made me very sad. I had read that he was a very funny, charismatic man who really cared about his friends and family. I will miss him greatly, and I hope he can rest in peace.

Rick and I worked together at Coldwell Banker Eadie Adams Realty in Palm Springs. He was fun to be around and always lent a little color and humor to the office.

Rick was my realtor and friend who helped me find and buy my home in the desert. He was one of my favorite people in the world to talk to and see. Rick was a great guy that was kind, considerate and cared about everyone. He was solid as a rock and a pleasure to be with whenever Rest in peace my friend.

I have just heard the heartbreaking news. Although I have not seen Rick in years, I have fond memories of years spent in Boston. Working together, and enjoying life and laughter. My you find comfort in his memories.

I am beyond grateful that I got the opportunity to know, work with and enjoy Rick and have a front row seat to watching him become the legend he was and influence so many lives in a positive affirming manner. While I didn't know Rick beyond the work we did together in the late 90s, sharing an honor with him by the staff of Gay Chicago magazine is one of the highlights of my personal and professional life. I had not seen him for years, but he still remained (and remains) an inspiration.

I was privileged to know Rick during his many years in Palm Springs. He was bright, witty and kind, possessed of class and dignity, a real gentleman and a true friend. He will be greatly missed, by family, friends, and many whom he did not know but who were touched by his zest for living.
