My sincere condolences to the Heckman family and especially to my dear friend Debbie Halsey-Smith for the loss of a Father, Husband and Brother. At times like this words seem so inadequate and ill suited to the task of expressing the loss and pain felt by your family however it is with an absolute certainty ,knowing the sister, that I can say that he will be watching over your all until you meet again and until then he is undoubtedly in the company of Angels . May his soul rest in peace and may perpetual light shine down upon him
