I was just talking with Sarah about Grandma Lucy as we drove passed her church. She was a beautiful gentle lady- loved the gatherings at Hoover with all the Wischerath ladies under one roof.

Lucy was a beautiful gentle lady that loved our Lord. I enjoyed many holiday celebrations with her and her family at the Hoover house. God bless her loved ones.

Earth has no sorrow heaven cannot heal. This earth is a sadder place without dear Lucy, great joy in heaven. Sorry to hear of the passing of dear Lucy many happy memories of years gone by. My thoughts and prayers go out to the entire Wischerath Clan. Many of my most terrific childhood memories and experiences are of Aunt Lucy and Uncle Willie and spending so much time with the entire family. She was most definitely a Saint on Earth and she will be deeply missed.

Dear family- I am so sorry about the loss of your Mom. She was such a treasure! I have so many wonderful memories of her and how she always made me feel welcome. At times it seemed like I practically lived there. Even as a young girl, I remember being in awe of the calm manner in which your mother packed up and took all of us on beach camping trips by herself, and when she went back to school, she did it with no complaints. I also know that my own Mom adored her and thought the world of her too! I do not have any benefit time and will not be able to attend on Monday, but please know that I love you guys and my prayers are with you.Love, Joanne (Hirtreiter) Weaver
