30 years ago Marcia and I bought our homes on Croy Ave and became neighbors. From that day when she welcomed me with her beautiful smile until March 17 when I said my last good-bye, we remained best friends. She was an inspiration to all who knew her and the quintessential model of a life well lived. Every human relationship is an eternal responsibility; rest in peace, Marcia, until we meet again. Paul

It was an honor to have you for a teacher, you sure had your hands full with us but I think you enjoyed us, we kept you on your toes. I have thought of you now and again especially your patience with me. Thank you.

I was so lucky to have Marcia as my teacher in Grades 7 & 8 at St. Bernadette's school. She was fantastic, and an inspiration for me to become a teacher myself! We became colleagues in the Math department of the Buffalo Public Schools, where she continued to offer her special skills to both students and teachers. What a wonderful woman! I hope she knew how much she was loved.

Our Dear Friend and Inspiration - - Marcia!!! Thank for your gifts of love & service. Thank you for "wearing so many hats". You exemplify all that is good and have left us with tremendous shoes to fill on earth. How fitting you should enter heaven on what would have been my mother's 95th birthday. You too will be remembered as another mother to many. Your loving radiant smile will Glow on in our hearts. Shine On dear friend. ~ Hugs to Heaven ~ Send Cream Puffs.

Marcia was always a person of great joy and humor. I first met her as Sr. Mary Carole when she was assigned to St. Stephen's School. A gentle, fun-loving person who loved teaching. Met up many times over these many years. She continued to radiate delight and attention to others and joy in serving where ever needed. I pray God will comfort you at this time.

I was happy to know and work with Marcia as a corrective math teacher in Buffalo. She was a beautiful person who was skilled at teaching teachers the best techniques for working with students.

Marcia helped me out and tutored me for math. She was a wonderful happy person that was always willing to help with anything. I remember her dropping me off at soccer practice a couple times when I was in need for a ride. It was a pleasure knowing Marcia. Rest in peace.

Marcia was a dear friend through our fathers' association with the Erie Railroad and one of the first people I ever knew to choose a religious vocation... I remember the entire family with great fondness and can "see" them now, especially "Billy," who ushered my wedding... we hope to share our condolences Sunday afternoon... To my very first teacher (and my favorite)...I was in kindergarten at St. Thomas Aquinas with probably 40+ kids and Sister Carole would let me bring my friend for show and tell and let her stay the day! We met years later when I was teaching and she was with the Math Dept. What a wonderful person...thanks from all those students you taught...you made coming to school the pleasure that it should be! Enjoy Heaven...I hope someone brings me for show and tell! Well done good and faithful servant...Jean Pauly Coyle
