Charles J. Rehak Beloved husband for 52 years of Nancy nee Stevens. Loving father of Mark (Hope). Dearest brother of the late Frank (Lorraine), Leonard(Judith), Mary Ann Michka and Edward (Barbara). Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Affectionately known as "Uncle Duck" and great uncle to "special buddy" Ryan Leparski. Funeral Wednesday 11 AM from Ridge Funeral Home 6620 W. Archer Ave.(Corner of Natoma) to St. Daniel the Prophet Church 11:30 AM Mass. Cremation private visitation Tuesday 5-9 PM. In lieu of flowers donations to the Wounded Warriors or Disabled Veterans would be appreciated 773-586-7900.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
