Not sure what to say?

Hello, I met Mr Montgomery when I was in New York. He gave me information on Schomburg Library. And historical information on the First AME Zion Church in New York where Aunt Harriet Tubman visited

Montgomery, as he was known when I knew him, was an astonishing humble and simultaneously proud man. He worked part time for Project FIND. He regaled me with a few Tuskegee Airmen stories and was very proud when he was headed to DC for the Million Man March. hi

I was lucky to meet and talk with Mr. Montgomery when he visited North Babylon HS in 2016. One of the greatest honors of my life. My belated sympathies to the family of a true national treasure.

I tried staying in touch with him and, in fact, one day he brought me to his home, mentioned he'd written a book about his experience as a Tuskegee Airman and I was so excited to support his storytelling and bought his book which he lovingly autographed for me. I also...

My deepest sympathy for the loss of a courageous man. God is the Creator of life and the one who gave life to all living creatures he is certainly capable of restoring life to someone who has died. John 6:40,44
