Anne Mushett alerted me to this. Arnold and Anne and I were childhood friends - backyard playmates - and I am so very sad to hear this and so sorry for your loss. I wish we had all kept in touch. Please feel free to reach out for pictures and stories.

Wow…What a shame. Arnold was a good guy who made everyone around him feel like a friend. I remember his meticulous yard in West Chicago and the love he had for his wife Julia and daughter Caitlin. I pray he is at peace.

Am saddened to hear of your loss. Although we were never 'best' friends, Arnold was always a good friend to have around and will be sorely missed by all who knew him. So sorry for your loss.

So sorry for your lost Julia & Caitlin and family. I have great memories of Arnold in Winfield & West Chicago! One of few friendships that you could pick up (laughing) where ya left off (laughing) in between the years. One of the "good guys"! Sincerely Joany (Kartheiser) and Spanky (Shankle) ~ Peace ~
