Groveland: March 19, 2014 at age 76 years. He was predeceased by his wife, Shirley Erwin Dantz and brother, Paul Dantz. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Rosati Dantz, children, Lori Dantz of Rochester, David (Jackie) Love of Groveland, Judy Love of FL, William (Shauntae) Tabak of TX, Christine (Marty) Spoor of Geneseo, Ellen (Frank) Bagala of NJ, Matthew (Lynn) Tabak of Groveland, Sarah (Tavis) Roberts of Dansville, grandchildren, Mike and Jean Love, Megan and Alex Spoor, Jack and Nick Tabak, Emily and Tommy Bagala, brothers, Donald (Ruth) Dantz of Palmyra, Bruce (Lori) Dantz of Geneseo, sister, Sally (Larry) LeMar of NC, sister in law, Marilyn Dantz of Groveland, several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call Sunday, 1-4 PM at the Rector-Hicks Funeral Home, 111 Main St. in Geneseo where Funeral Services will be held at 4 PM. Interment, Lakeview Cemetery in Groveland. Lots of good memories of Hoss and the rest of the Dantz clan at Aunt Roberta and Uncle Joe's cottage on Conesus Lake. Bob was always smiling, especially when he and Paul would threaten to throw Uncle Joe in the lake. -- The Wetzel Brothers
