Not sure what to say?

I first took interest in him on "Julia" as one of her love interests. I still watch the reruns and I had hoped they would have developed more of a story line for the two of them. I so wanted to see more of him. He was so handsome and such a great actor. He will be truly missed. R.I.P. Mr. Marshall.

As an African American it was awesome to see an African American Male on TV. Thank You!

Don Marshall was my favorite actor. I didn't miss one of the Land of the Giants TV series. I did finally get to meet him and kept in touch with him for a while. I am so sorry to here of his passing. Condolences to his family

Daily my brother and I would see you on tv you were a great actor now go rip and shine amongst the ANGELS

although I never met you I have always admired you as being the first black man in outer space fictionally will do . and for that I will always be one of your biggest fans you truly have paved the way in an unacknowledged way for Black on the TV screen your my hero Conway or Shatner couldn't do what you did .

I love to watch him on land of the giants

Don Marshall was my favorite actor as a child. It didn't matter what I was doing on Sunday evening when Land of the Giants came on I was in the house parked at the TV. My sister ran into him on my 49th birthday in Las Vegas. She told him about my crush I had on him for years. He signed a picture of himself and wished me a Happy Birthday. He sent his phone number and we talked a couple of times and I got to also meet him once. I will truly miss him. Rest in paradise Don.

I found out about Mr. Marshall's passing in March 2017. I grew up watching him on Star Trek and Land of the Giants. Being one of the few African Americans on television in the 60's made Mr. Marshall was a real trailblazer. I will truly miss him and will never forget his contributions to Television history, African American History and American History. I was told by a friend that knew him that "Don was a great guy!" My deepest condolences to his family. God bless you Don. RIP.
