Not sure what to say?

George was the kindest, sweetest man to my husband and myself everytime we seen him. We loved to visit and sit and talk about a out the magnificent cars created in his shop. We will truly always remember George and miss him deeply with each memory. RIP George.

The first time I met George was at the Oakland Roadster show in 1968. I was a little kid and George treated me like gold. I was lucky enough to have a 47 year friendship with George. I worked at Barris Kustoms, and I learned more from George about business than I ever did in 4 years of college. Next to my Father, George was my hero. The Batmobile and the Munsters Koach were my two favorites. Geroge was a genius. Knowing George and working at Barris Kustoms was a true honor. RIP my friend !

I met george barris at a world of wheels show in washington d c and got to talk with him he signed his name on cars he built in 15 kustom car annualsfor me. The good lord gave us such a very special person .ill always remember him

His inspiration, inspired me to get in custom cars and trucks. He will always be in every mind of custom vehicles.

I'm still missing this talented and kind person. I can't believe it's been three years now. I'm reminded at least once a week, of George's smart showmanship qualities and automotive design creativity!
"Here's to you, George!"

Miss you. Thank you for sharing your life's passion with us.

Godspeed George, and thank you for sharing a part of your life with us.

We first met George 30 years ago in April 1997 when we had traveled from Florida to meet him at his shop and to see the original Batmobile. Although George was busy he took the time to chat with us at length and autograph several photos and a book for us. We were there at his shop for about two hours taking photos and talking with some of the fellows in the shop. It was a real pleasure for both of us to meet and talk with him, one we will never forget.

I ran into George a few more...

Hello everyone.
I just can't believe it's been two years since we lost George.
George was an immense influence on me, all throughout my car hobby life.
I still miss him a lot.
My best regards to the entire Barris family
