RIP Peter. Listening to Hush and In A Gadda da Vida with you at your mom´s apartment, driving around in your Dodge Charger 440 that you were so proud of, taking a weekend car-camping trip to NH with you, are some of the memories I have of our youth. See you on the other side.

We were deeply saddened to hear the news of Peter's untimely death. We met Peter when we moved from California to Connecticut in 1987 and became fast friends. Peter is without a doubt the most intellegent person we have ever had the pleasure knowing. He was not only brilliant, he was kind and generous and funny. We have very fond memories of the time we spent together. He welcomed us into his circle of friends and made our stay in Connecticut a treasure chest of memories. There are so many things that come to mind. One year he took a large group of his friends to see Robert Cray - his treat! He loved music. He turned us on to local lobster haunts - we'd go eat twin culls for a song! We lived on "Christmas Tree Lane" in Prospect and the first year we were there Peter arranged for us to inherit life-sized tubular, lighted, reindeer that had once belonged in some shopping Mall - they were fabulous! Michael enjoyed the all day fishing trips and "male bonding." Most of all, we enjoyed his wit and charm. What very sweet man. We feel very fortunate to have known him. Our heartfelt sympathy goes out to Sandi, his family and his many, many friends. Peter was blessed to be loved by so many. He will be sorely missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with those of you who are dealing with the loss of a wonderful friend. Michael and Louisa Boyte

Dear Sandi and Family,
Peter was truly a one of a kind. I worked with Peter for many years at ATLC. He always took the time to ask how I and my family were doing. I will miss his smile, humor and his flower child ways! I recently lost a loved one myself so I know how heart wrenching these times are for you right now. Just remember Peter will rock on in your hearts and his memories will forever be in your thoughts, everyday.
With Deepest Sympathy,

Although I have worked with Peter for only a short time, I always found him to be helpful. In fact just last week he was telling me about one of his favorite places "The Brewery". Next time I am in Willimantic I will stop by and "Have one for Peter". You will surely be missed by many.

I have known Peter since 2001 when I started working for TLC. Although my job took me in a different direction, we still had the chance to have occasional conversations, about Sandi, (whom he cherished), his new home, (of which he was so proud), and let's not forget THE BREWERY, ("They have SO many different kinds of beer!"). I will miss Peter's bubbly, bouncy personality. My heart goes out to all of his friends, family, and Sandi. Goodbye Peter. You will be missed terribly!!

I worked with Peter at CRC/TLC. Peter is a very funny guy, always seemed to try to turn a negative situation into a positive one. Great sense of humor and a compassionate person. I retrieved a voice-mail message from him on 12/27 that he left for me on 12/23. He wished me a "Merry Christmas,"
My thoughts and prayers go out to his family, friends and Sandi for her very sad loss....

I knew Peter while working at Automatic TLC. I started there in October of 2000, and in the 3 1/2 years that I worked there, he was a very easy going person to get along with. I remember the exotic lunches that he always used to bring to work, with the aromas that would keep you wondering, "What does Pete have for lunch today?". He also, in my opinion, had one of the most relaxing voices on the phone, when speaking to customers. I always used to joke with him that he had a smooth airline pilot voice. He will be definitely be missed, and my deepest heart-felt sympathy goes out to his family and friends. May he rest in peace in a better world. --Matt

I worked with peter for six years before moving to another branch this October. His fun wild t-shirt collection were quite the highlight at times when things were not so bright.I will miss his heated discussions with David over Political issues. There is so much to say that I am at a loss. I just know that I will miss my friend and co-worker. Bye Petey

My thoughts today are of dear Peter and his family and many friends.
Peter was my husband Ted's cousin. Ted's father and Peter's father were brothers. Ted also died young.
Ironically, Peter's and my family's paths crossed long before we spoke on the phone (I as a customer at Automatic TLC), and recognized that we were cousins through marriage.
Peter knew my mother in Wethersfield and recalled the delicious pasta dishes she made. I met Peter's mother when a package was mistakenly delivered to her apartment instead of the company where I worked. Destiny has an odd way of revealing itself.
I just wished my daughter and I could have gotten together with Peter and Sandi (of whom he so highly spoke).
It was not to be, but I will cherish the delightful, gracious, person I grew to know at the other end of that Automatic TLC phone line.
This is a most difficult time for all those left behind. All we can do is cherish his memory and be ever so grateful that he crossed our paths.
In heartfelt sympathy,
Cousin Ann
