In about 1996 or so I had a small encounter with Mr Wexler in Scottsdale, AZ. My family and I had just left a restaurant near Mountain View after dark. We noticed a man in the empty parking lot, alone, and walking oddly. Since I was a nurse, I got out to talk to him to see if he needed help. He seemed confused, and agreed to be driven to the Scottsdale Hospital. I did not know who he was, but found out later that a family member had discharged him and taken him...
